Pure,Yttriated & Composite Electrodes
● Pure Tungsten, the least expensive of all tungsten electrodes, is generally used in the AC welding of aluminum and magnesium alloys.
● Yttriated Tungsten is primarily used in military and aviation industry with narrow arc beam, high compressing strength, highest welding penetration at medium and high current.
● The performances of Composite Electrodes in welding can be much improved by adding two or more rare earth oxides which are mutually completementary.
